Responsibilities:
1. Supports the presales process for Observability Solution, especially (Cisco Appdynamics, Splunk, IBM Instana, Datadog, etc.)
2. Work closely with the Sales team in articulating solutions to customer
3. Work closely with the Delivery team in providing pre-project scope of work, to size for professional services
4. Supports in Delivery Process to customer
5. Gather the Business and technical requirement and develop cost effective solution for the customer
6. Develop proposal documentation, pricing, and statements of work for customers
7. Learn other digital technologies, from a high level, that may enhance the customer’s experience
8. Obtain and maintain certifications for the different product lines available

Minimum Qualifications: Requirements:

- Basic knowledge Linux / windows
- Basic knowledge programming
- Basic knowledge about Virtualization & Containerize Application
- Experienced in APM technology (preferred)
- High-level communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way
- Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills, with ability to organize and present technical material in an easily understood manner
