Presales Engineer

We are a leading cybersecurity solutions provider, offering innovative and robust security technologies to protect enterprises against cyber threats. We are currently seeking a skilled Presales Engineer/Solutions Architect who will play a critical role in helping customers design and implement security solutions tailored to their unique needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
- Design and propose comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that align with customers’ technical environments and business goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POC) for clients.
- Prepare and present solution proposals, product configurations, and technical documentation.
- Provide guidance on the implementation and integration of cybersecurity solutions within customers' environments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and evolving cybersecurity technologies.
**Requirements**:
- Strong technical background in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or related fields.
- Experience in presales, solutions architecture, or a similar technical role.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), encryption, and endpoint protection.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into customer-friendly solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
**Preferred**:
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or similar are an advantage.
- Familiarity with leading cybersecurity vendors and solutions.
- Experience with network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security architectures.
