**Trade Marketing Manager**

**Location**: Sunter, Jakarta Utara (with frequent travel to Surakarta)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Trade Marketing Manager** for our client in North Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective trade marketing strategies that drive sales and increase brand visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative marketing programs that resonate with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive activities.
- **Promotional Program Management**: Design and manage promotional programs at the point of sale to maximize product visibility and drive sales. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other business partners. Negotiate partnership terms and monitor the execution of agreements.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze sales data, promotional performance, and market feedback to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing strategies. Prepare regular reports on trade marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the trade marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of funds across various promotional activities and marketing programs.
- **Internal Coordination**: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategies across all distribution channels. Provide training to the sales team on promotional materials and trade marketing strategies.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee the implementation of trade marketing strategies in the field and ensure that plans are executed on time and on target. Resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation of promotional programs and find effective solutions.
- **Additional Responsibilities**: Identify opportunities for new product development or product adaptations to enhance point-of-sale appeal. Conduct market tests to measure consumer response to new promotional programs or trade marketing strategies. Lead and manage the trade marketing team, if applicable.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in **trade marketing within the FMCG industry**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- **Willingness to travel frequently between Jakarta (Sunter) and Surakarta
