Define overall Trade & Shopper Marketing strategy (distribution, promotion, visibility, activation) to achieve business objectives.

Design, develop, implement, and measure trade marketing programs / shopper activation plans to stimulate sell-thru and sell-out, and drive loyalty of customers and consumers.

Collaborate with Pricing to optimize promotions.

Execute in-store excellence and ensure merchandising guidelines implementation to drive brand preference, increase acquisition and basket size.

Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistency in brand presence

Manage metrics and reporting processes related to all trade & shopper programs and provide actionable recommendations
Bachelor’s Degree in any course or equivalent.

1+ years of experience in Trade and Shopper Marketing. Experience in Brand Management, Brand Activation and/or Sales is a plus.

Experience in the consumer goods industry.

Experience in people management and collaboration with multi-functional teams to drive operational and executional excellence.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence customers and internal leadership to deliver objectives.

Strong strategic, analytical, and presentation skills.
