**Qualification**:
- Max 25 years old
- **Diploma degree** majoring in Management/ Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Informatics or other related majors.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Skilled in archiving documents neatly and comprehensively
- Able to maintain physical availability (on site) according to shifting arrangement at clients’ assigned office in Jabodetabek area.
- Motivated for development, honest and highly initiative
- Willing to be contracted for the duration of the project.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Performs basic troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and related questions.
- Refer unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Record events and issues and their resolution in tickets and logs.
- Follow up and update customer status and information.
- Forward any customer feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal teams
- Become the PIC of documentation in assigned projects
- Perform other tasks related to helpdesk as needed.
