IT Helpdesk

We are currently seeking a skilled **IT Helpdesk** to join our team and support our enterprise client projects on-site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support IT infrastructure by helping manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Collaborate with the IT team to monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and solutions provided.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willing to work on-site (Kelapa Gading) and available for contract-based employment.
