- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Job Desciption**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage the front desk area, maintaining a tidy and professional appearance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for customer visit schedule.
- Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the reception area.

- D1-D4 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
