Engage with our key merchants and help resolve issues and inquiries
- Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by recommending additional products or services that meet customer
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features and increase the adoption rate.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma Degree/bachelor's degree in communication or management
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experiences in Account Manager, Customer Success or Account Executive (MUST HAVE)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative
- Customer Service oriented
