**ITgenio is an international school for online education. We teach children and teenagers from 5 to 18 years old online from anywhere in the world.**

**And now we are looking for a Customer Service Manager with experience in the English-speaking market (USA, Canada, UK) to join our team.**

**What you will do**:

- Systematize and qualify new leads in CRM
- Negotiate and make deals with customers
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship and daily interactions
- Assist clients with all related documentation
- Give product presentations to current customers
- Fill out reports

**Required Qualifications**:

- Fluent English to confidently hold business negotiations (**C1-С2, American/British pronunciation**)
- Successful experience in Customer Service is mandatory
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to work with objections
- Experience dealing with overseas clients, particularly in American, Canadian, or British markets
- Strong desire and ability to create an atmosphere of caring for the client
