**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to effectively communicate and articulate ideas, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
- Attention to detail to accurately record customer information, transactions, and feedback.
- Adaptability to learn and understand product or service offerings thoroughly.
- Previous experience in customer service roles or related fields is advantageous.
- Fluent in English with exceptional proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively in a professional business context.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create concise and articulate documents

**Key Responsibility**
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products or services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through resolution steps.
- Handle customer transactions, including orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, actively listening to their concerns and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer service targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
