We represent our client that is a well-known manufacturer and retailer of gold jewelry in Indonesia, with a wide range of designs and collections to cater to different tastes and budgets. They have been in business for over 40 years and have built a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail jewelry industry, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and suppliers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the retail jewelry industry.
- Strong knowledge of the retail jewelry market, including industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
