What are your accountabilities?
As our Sales Manager (Customer Success), your mission is to create a seamless customer experience by leading two distinct sales teams (Hunter Sales Team & Farmer Sales Team) to meet strategic goals. You'll be involved in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, training, coaching, and resource allocation. Plus, you'll manage customer relationships and ensure high service levels. Your keen eye will monitor team performance against set targets using key metrics, and your diplomatic skills will resolve any conflicts that arise, keeping our teams running smoothly and harmoniously.

We're on the hunt for an ambitious Sales Manager (Customer Success) who is thirsty to make a real difference We want someone with strategic thinking, a knack for leading teams, and an unyielding customer focus. If you're a dynamic professional with a flair for sales, adept at resolving conflicts, and passionate about fostering a harmonious, productive work environment, you might be the perfect fit. What do we need to see from you?
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or relevant position,
Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and meeting targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data and market research.
Strong organizational and resource allocation skills to maximize team productivity.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for tracking sales performance.
