We’re looking for a local facilities administrator in Indonesia. You would act as the local point of contact for all facilities and procurement matters. This means you’ll be liaising with a number of colleagues across the different business units, and work as part of a global facilities team providing support to all of our colleagues.

Facilities support could include activities such as being responsible for local facilities services of photocopying, ordering and managing office consumables, post services as well as ensuring that the business complies with any local business regulations. Procurement support could include establishing and managing local supplier contracts, and the creation and management of purchase orders as required.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working within a facilities/procurement role. You’ll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially Excel. Ultimately, you’ll have a positive attitude and have the ability to learn job activities relating to facilities and procurement administration, local travel administration, finance administration and administration of the company safety briefing.
