**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective facility administration strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage facility budget, including forecasting, cost control, and expense tracking.
Coordinate and supervise facility administration staff.
Evaluate and negotiate service contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Oversee building security and compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and contractors.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in facility management.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in budgeting, planning, and project management.
Ability to assess and prioritize facility needs and allocate resources accordingly.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using facility management software and MS Office Suite.
