Position Overview
RecruitGo is looking for an experienced B2B Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and services. As a key liaison between our company and customers, you will be responsible for driving retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Onboarding & Implementation: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
- Customer Support & Advocacy: Act as the main point of contact, addressing client concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client engagement and business growth.
- Market & Customer Insights: Gather feedback, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key customer success metrics, including retention, usage, and customer feedback, to improve service quality.
- Proactive Engagement: Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase loyalty and reduce churn.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in B2B customer success, account management, or client services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms.
- Fluency in English.
