**The Role**:
As Southeast Asia Program Coordinator, you provide administrative support, assist with communication efforts, and coordinate logistics and updates of our work. This part-time position, based in the Tangerang area - Indonesia, focuses on facilitating communication between stakeholders, coordinating partnership trips, projects, and managing various communication channels. You will play a vital role in enabling the Southeast Asia Regional team to focus on their goals and be prepared for anything that comes their way.

**The Work**:
**Communication Support**:

- Assist in maintaining effective communication channels
- Facilitate information flow
- Assist the Partners Worldwide team in the creation and dissemination of SEA related communications materials

**Trip Coordination**:

- Manage communications for partnership trips
- Handle logistics to ensure smooth trip experiences for participants

**Content Management**:

- Collect volunteer logs, pictures, stories, and other relevant content during partnership trips
- Share content with trip participants and the Partners Worldwide team to enhance engagement in partnership activities

**Collaborative Planning**:

- Collaborate closely with Partners Worldwide staff and partners to align trip objectives, plan effectively, and ensure seamless logistics for both exploratory and training trips.

**Administrative and Online Support**:

- Support the input of information into web-based project management tools to track progress and metrics
- Support in organizing meetings, workshops, and events related to partnerships
- Manage social media accounts and website content related to partnership activities
- Provide administrative assistance by scheduling meetings, preparing documents, managing correspondence, scheduling events, conferences, and maintaining meeting minutes with a follow-up on actionable items

**Your Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of business experience in coordinator/administration/executive assistant
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive relationships
- Proficiency with communication technologies and tools
- Flexibility and adaptability to work part-time (20 hours per week)
- Creativity and cultural sensitivity
- Preferably based in the Tangerang area
