You will base at Jakarta/Indonesia

You will be responsible for leading and managing a few countries within the Southeast Asia region.

Most of the countries within CIF APA Southeast Asia (SEA) region are in the emerging growth markets.

This newly created job is to strategize, direct and achieve business targets and strategic plans in conjunction with LEAP|28. S/he would be responsible for P&L of several countries and would include:

- Aggressively drive sales and customer service, providing differentiation to accelerate growth and working with our customers to be the preferred partner for customers’ excellence and sustainability. Focusing on customers’ demand, market trends, innovation and growing our sustainability market
- Define and set up an optimized organization to grow and support business initiatives. Review operations performance and extact efficiency and productivity to reduce cost to serve.
- People - Develop and grow our workforce with Strategic skills, creating good Employee experiences and encouraging career growth
- Work and support the APAC operating group, Global Service Line, and other Operating group to leverage large accounts and services and business opportunities.
- Identify M&A opportunities to grow business in SEA countries.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Ethics and manage all Technical Quality Risk

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in Engineering, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a regional or general management role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Robust financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Passionate about the organization's mission, products/services, and customer success
