**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Human Resources, this position shall be responsible for overseeing and administering employee compensation, benefit and payroll. This position also serves as mediator between employee and the Hotel; managing labor relations needs by collaborating with appointed third party contractors, assist the Assistant Director of Human Resources to handle challenges related to hotel’s collective bargaining agreement and business strategy by also maintaining mutual relationship between the Hotel and Union.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered.
Graduated from a reputable University/Academy, majoring in Psychology, Social Science, Industrial Law or Human Resource Management.
Minimum 03 years of full working experience in a similar position in a related field and any experiences as HR Generalist in international luxury hotel brand.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS system and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
Strong background in Industrial Relations and high literacy in Indonesian Labor Law
A dynamic personality with strong leadership and communication skills.
Self-starter and well-organized with strong and detailed administrative skill.
Driven, high-collaboration and demonstrates good team work.
