Join us as a Service Manager for the Process Automation Business area where you will be Implementing service strategy and driving service growth locally at the respective local unit level. Leading the service organization and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of service resources. This position reports to the Operations Manager and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Driving implementation of the service strategy as a member of the local management team
- Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring performance targets as part of the global (or) local unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.)
- Running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. Implementing agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction
- Executing the (global) service and delivering sales channel strategy within the local unit. Implementing productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and investing in service Sales to increase market penetration
- Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction
- Being responsible for health and safety of the local Business Unit/Product Group Service team. Enforcing a service safety and integrity culture throughout the service organization
- Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates. Improving service availability, providing training, and developing capabilities and competencies

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project and service delivery management. With a strong capacity for customer focus and management
- Experience in service deliveries and management. Knowledge of ABB 800xA system, AC450 system and ABB Drive system are added advantage. Good knowledge of the Office Suite software. Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Strong interpersonal skills, willing to manage different tasks under high pressure
- Have a “CAN DO” mindset. Must be available to travel on occasion.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in both Indonesian and English languages
