Business Development Executive, Publisher Growth

**The Publisher Business Development Executive will be responsible for working with AnyMind publisher partners on a day-to-day basis. In addition, they will seek new revenue solutions for their publisher partners. They will be charged with ensuring that the revenue and optimization goals of the company are met while delivering outstanding service to publisher partners. They will be an organized, detail-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing and sales-focused environment. Also, they will have to be knowledgeable in the digital industry and communicate with clients via multiple communication methods including in person.**:
**What You'll Do**:
- Provide online publisher partners with excellent and timely service/technological advice to implement advertising
- Check volume and negotiate on prices to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces
- Optimize, track, and analyze advertising performance and make suggestions to publishers to optimize performance
- Develop strong and effective relationships with Sales Departments
- Keep up to date with industry research figures
- Collect and analyze sales/consumer data
**Who You Are**:
- Good command of English
- Should have Minimum 2+ years experience in **digital industry, media buying / SSP / Publisher Trading Desk**:
- Have good connections with publishers
- Familiar with startup culture
- Result-oriented with a passion for work
- Detail-oriented, and well-organized with a good sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Logical and data-oriented
- Independent, self-motivated, and quick learner
