Head of Institutional Sales

**Role Description**:
1. Leverage existing relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms and broker-dealers to open doors and open minds to the potential of security tokenization
2. Grow new relationships to expand the universe of interested market participants
3. Proactively seek out opportunities for partnerships in the asset to help build a broader ecosystem
4. Collaborate internally across marketing, product, customer success, compliance, and technology teams to help continuously improve the customer experience.
5. Proactively communicate insights and key metrics for measuring impact of sales tactics and quality of message on a continuous basis
6. Understand and explain core products and services as necessary to supercharge pipeline feeds and capitalize on product opportunities.
1. 10+ years of sales experience in traditional financial services
2. Must have a deep set of existing relationships across the brokerage / asset management community and a strong network across broker-dealers
3. Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
4. Demonstrated ability to close business
5. End-to-end negotiation experience, including identifying, developing, and executing complex transactions.
6. Strong presentation and communication skills for both virtual and in-person meetings with a range of stakeholders.
7. Passion for proactively analysing the business, uncovering trends and shifts in the market, and prospecting emerging channels.
8. Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach and a bias toward action.
9. Experience with utilizing a system, and other internal management systems/policies.
