**INSTITUTIONAL SALES MANAGER**

**Kualifikasi**:

- Usia 35 - 45 tahun
- S1 bidang Bisnis atau Marketing
- Memiliki kemampuan bernegosiasi
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk memotivasi tim
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan
- Harus bisa berbahasa Inggris
- Mampu Menyusun rencana penjualan (volume dan value) tahunan yang menjadi acuan target penjualan
- Mampu menyusun garis besar strategi penjualan yang menyangkut pengembangan area, serta pengembangan outlet target dan produk
- Mampu menjalin hubungan baik dengan buyer, serta hand-in-hand mengembangkan penjualan produk Perusahaan di outlet-outlet
- Mampu mengembangkan produk-produk baru (terutama formulasinya) dengan pihak R&D, sesuai dengan kebutuhan buyer atau outlet
- Mampu memonitor serta membaca trend produk yang sedang dan akan booming di outlet-outlet, terutama restoran / café
- Mampu mengembangkan organisasi dalam departemennya, sesuai kebutuhan organisasi dan potensi masing-masing anggotanya
- Mampu menuangkan strategi ke dalam rencana kegiatan yang lebih detail, meliputi pembukaan area atau outlet baru, serta pengembangan produk baru, baik yang bersifat umum maupun tailor-made sesuai kebutuhan area / outlet

Prefer dari PT. Mayora, Richeese, Orangtua, Khong Guan, Kapal Api, Otsuka; size company middle to small

**Salary**:
Gaji hingga Rp. 30.000.000 per bulan (negotiable)
