**About the Company**
Our client is a hyper fast-growing startup built by serial entrepreneurs launched first in Indonesia. It is backed by top venture capital firms including Sequoia Capital, Credit Saison, Speedinvest, and other prominent investors and founders like Patrick Walujo (Northstar Ventures, early GoJek investor), Sandeep Tandon (FreeCharge), Nipun Mehra (Ula, Sequoia), and Amrish Rao (Pinelabs, Citrus pay). They also offer a digital solutions to manage accounting, inventory, cash flow and empowers SMEs to take charge and fuel their business growth. Their second product, enabling micro and home industries to digitize their store and capture more customers is offered as well. **Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with leadership to set marketing team’s annual strategic plan, articulating Marketing team’s priorities and corresponding investment; coordinate Director/VP level deliverables
- Run smooth, efficient operations including staffing, goal-setting, and training, and lead the annual planning and resource management
- Analyze and develop business case for strategic projects, to be presented to the company leadership
- Bring structure and data to establish Marketing’s priorities, and conduct data driven business analytics to support and make recommendations on strategy and investment
- Deliver high-quality executive communications (e.g., develop narratives, partner across cross-functional teams on content, and manage the delivery of messaging)
- Take ownership of implementing selected strategic projects from ideation to implementation working with cross-functional teams
- Design and implement processes within marketing to make it a scalable and high-performance organization
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a strategy or consulting role
- Experience in a role requiring excellent analytical problem solving, quantitative analysis, and complex stakeholder management
- Welcome ambiguity and possess the ability to work in a fast-changing environment and handle unstructured problems
- Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills
- Adept at Excel and Powerpoint to analyze complex data and present insights with strong story telling backed by dat
