Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive SaaS product adoption, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing a deep understanding of SaaS products and complex technical concepts.
- Understand client needs and tailor technical solutions to meet their requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage the sales pipeline, collaborating with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends, driving product enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our SaaS products, establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge in technical sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and ability to explain complex technical concepts, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales strategies.
