**Responsibilities**:

- Build & implement Go-to Market strategy for the new product or product feature launches for their services, from defining the target markets/segments, product positioning into success metrics.
- Monitor the project execution and conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate success of the campaign and extract learnings
- Actively collaborate across function & streams (Business Intelligence, CRM, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Creative) on campaign end to end planning, execution, campaign monitoring and building success tracking reports
- Identify the most suitable marketing channels and target segment for each marketing initiatives to manage user communications through targeted channels such as CRM (in app channels), paid social media, or offline media
- Produce detailed brief, analysis and reports of campaigns. Analyze, evaluate, and optimize marketing campaign performance to make sure all the investment is effective and efficient
- Actively collaborate with the research and learning team to understand the needs, aspiration and psyche of our users to position new products and product features effectively
- Actively monitor and create an end-to-end marketing initiative to increase the company’s products and features to Market
- Manage marketing spend as per budget, to achieve OKR efficiently

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years work experience in product marketing, experience in fast-growing tech startup will be beneficial
- Experience in understanding customer behavior, segmentation, Go-to-Market strategy
- A strong business acumen; able to create goal-oriented campaign designs and drive continuous improvement of marketing campaigns
- Strong creative skills to identify and build marketing campaigns which stands apart from traditional marketing levers in terms of effectivity
- Data person, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy, able to do data tracking, data analytic, data insight and create comprehensive report
- Smart with time management, prioritization of multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, self-driven, willing to learn, and love challenges
