**The Purpose of Your Role**:
The Sales Manager for Care is helping to build a new business vertical within Hello Health’s digital health ecosystem. The Sales Manager is responsible for actively reaching out to and engaging with Healthcare providers in the market in order to drive sales for the Hello Health Care software solutions (SaaS) for Clinics & Hospitals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for a specific segment of the healthcare industry by specialty or geography and will independently prospect, qualify and close new accounts. You will need excellent communication skills to negotiate & problem-solve for our partners.

Our service allows doctors and health professionals to make their processes more efficient and productive, to improve the customer experience and to strengthen collaboration with colleagues. We make it easy for patients to gain access to health services through online appointment scheduling, video consultation hours and the digital creation of prescriptions.

As an externally facing team member you are central to bringing the Hello Health Group Vision and Mission to life, acting as a role model for the company values to inspire the highest level of commitment to the company’s vision, mission, purpose, and commercial ambitions, in alignment with Hello Health Group strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop & manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of deals at all stages of the conversion funnel and ensure management of the CRM system.
- Create and optimise sales processes, ensuring smooth operational flow from and between sales teams and account servicing / customer support teams.
- Actively respond to Inbound leads coming from B2B marketing efforts, enquiries and our website. Working to minimise the sales cycle & close customers as efficiently as possible.
- Continue to engage customers throughout their relationship with us to identify opportunities for upselling additional new features, functions & services.
- Collect, consolidate and communicate customer feedback internally to enable improvements to the product, service suite & value proposition presented to partners.
- At all times keep a record of your sales pipeline and regularly report back performance numbers, customer acquisition data & team member performance to the management team.
