DESIGNATION : Employee Relations Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of employee lifecycle.
- Initiate employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as the HR partner to line management to understand business needs and help management to build up the human capability to meet the mid-to-long term business needs.
- Support and carry out engagement initiatives set by the business, identify improvements and support the development of engagement action plans.
- Coach and influence regional leadership teams on effective management of employees, focus on building team engagement and performance.
- Provide talent management support for the business and understand training and development needs of employees.
- Assess internal culture and engagement (including engagement surveys) and recommend/drive initiatives and events that can help maintain and create improvements.
- Provision of HR advice relevant to the respective jurisdictions, keeping policy changes and best practice abreast.
- Ensure processes are followed and are compliant with relevant legislation.
- Other ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related business discipline or comparable experience.
- At least 10 years working experiences in a HRBP role, exposure to HR practices in the countries in India.
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Innate curiosity and an apt for problem solving.
- Confident speaker with demonstrated ability to convey ideas to different layers of the company.
- Flexibility and a willingness to support on key projects in the regions.
- Ability to work independently and with a remote team
