**Sales Employee Benefit**
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a seasoned sales employee benefit to join our team. You will help our business by actively seeking and acquiring enterprise clients. Your job will be to reach out to potential clients and build relationships in order to look for new business prospects. You should have prior expertise generating leads, growing leads, and hitting sales goals for insurance brokers, health insurers, and employee benefits.

- In charge of negotiating, selling, and managing connections with both new and existing clients.
- Liable for selling Employee Benefit (EB) membership products to prospective or current clients.
- Acquire new clients by creating chances through networking, cold calling, and seminars to produce "Hot leads" or prospects.
- fulfill the minimum call, appointment, and presentation frequency requirements that have been specified and agreed upon.
- Uphold a positive working relationship with the client.
**What we would like you to have...**
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in insurance company as sales employee benefits.
- Proven capacity to persuade business decision-makers, such as principals/owners, top executives, chief financial officers, human resources management, etc., to purchase insurance.
- Ability to network and generate leads for sales
- A track record of being an independent thinker and self-starter
- Ability to analyze and interpret quotes and plan designs
- excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external parties
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Docs).
