In addition to that, we also serve Small Medium Enterprise (SME) and business owners with HSBC Fusion proposition to help SME scale up the business into future growth. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Retail Business Banking Proposition, Product and Channel Head.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and implementation of Retail Business Banking proposition to grow usage and sustainable customer relationships
- Collaborate and lead various stakeholders to develop customer centric Retail Business Banking services and commercialization for targeted customer segments
- Develop insight including use of market data to shape strategies, develop product and program aligning to retail banking strategy as well as the execution
- Stay on top of compliance requirements on retail banking and payments, competition law, fair value principle and cross border banking, take timely actions to mitigate relevant risk posing to the bank, where applicable
Qualifications

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in retail business banking with strong knowledge on business dynamics, lending and funding proposition, and customer journey development
- Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth, change leader with excellent influencing skills
- Strong experience developing solutions to meet customer needs
- Numerate individual, highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to navigate conflicting priorities
- Great sense of ownership mindset to ensure efficient and effective deliverables
