Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Staff Wealth and Personal Banking Operations**

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing day to day Banking operational tasks including for retail banking, RBB and Time deposit
- Ensure all requests are processed within SLA and COT
- Ensure to perform daily maintenance align with SOP, Guidelines and request
- End day checking to ensure all requests are processed in timely manner.
- Working In a Team and able to be independent if required
Qualifications

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Indonesia Citizen only
- Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Additional ability for MS Access and familiar with Macros Script will be benefit
- Familiar with Banking and RBB product and process
- Good writing and communication skills in English.
- Meticulous in reading request and documents.
- Able to create and maintain good relationships with (internal) customers.
- Good team work and able to work individually.
