Manulife Indonesia Asset Manager - Wealth Registrar is c hecking the accuracy of the investment unit transaction recording process, carrying out the payment process accuracy and timeliness, administering and reporting to internal and external parties in relation to investment unit transaction data in accordance with regulations and procedures.

Actively participate in Wealth Operations Department project activities and/or other projects related to Operations Division activities. Fostering good relations with related internal and external units.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- University Degree graduated.
- Min. 3 years working experience including minimum 1 years-experience as Investment Staff or other financial industry
- Preferable have WMI/WPPE certificate
- Having experience in good analytical thinking
- Able to demonstrate good leadership and organization skill
- Able to demonstrate highly integrity
- Able to engage and build strong relationship with respective Agency Leaders and related parties
- Capability for English verbal and written

**Nice to Haves**:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

**On the job you will**:

- Checking the completeness and accuracy of data and supporting documents for participant unit transactions.
- Checking the accuracy of recording the participant unit transactions in the CAS4TA and S-Invest systems
- Checking and submitting transaction data and instructions for participant units to related parties both internally and externally, including Custodian Banks, etc. accurately and according to the specified cut-of-time.
- Checking and ensuring the instructions for transferring subscription funds to the Mutual Fund operational account to the Custodian Bank are accurate and timely.
- Checking the implementation of the distribution of dividends and the reconciliation in relation with the implementation of the dividend distribution.
- Ensure autopay transaction data and instructions and its recording into the CAS4TA and S-Invest systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Checking cashflow reports to the Investment Operations team for incoming and outgoing funds in relation with the participant unit transactions.
- Checking the results of the follow-up reconciliation in relation with the participant unit transactions both recorded in the CAS4TA and S-Invest systems for discrepancies found (if any).
- Prepare and check the NAV files are available and processed to CAS4TA system, liaise with Global Batch Operations and the Custodian Bank if there are technical problems with the NAV file.
- Checking the readiness of the participant unit transaction process, in terms of system set-up, bank account opening, and other needs for the fund, as well as preparing, monitoring the completeness of the required documents and information, including matters related to other parties both internally as well as externally.
- Checking the accuracy of periodic reports and specific reports to related parties both internal and external and submit them according to the specified deadline, including to the Custodian Bank, Participation Unit Holders, Selling Agents, Regulators and other related parties.
- Ensure documents storage and related documents completeness with related activities.
- Execute all task assigned by the Wealth Transaction Manager, Head of Wealth Operations and/or Chief Operations Officer.
- Take an active role in implementing the system development process
