It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Wealth and Personal Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Supervisor/Officer Service Relationship.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting sales team member on day-to-day activity
- Ensuring all administration related to sales being assisted.
- Providing support function to all sales team
- Backing up all sales team during their unavailability
- Helping sales team to give service to customers and help all the transaction.
Qualifications

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Indonesia Citizen only
- University degree in banking / finance / economy / business management
- Experience working in the areas of sales and customer service, also in administration.
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer orientation with ability to communicate effectively and create connection.
- Proficiency in English
