Sebagai **Client Relationship Officer**, Anda akan menjadi bagian dari pemain utama dalam mengembangkan Lamudi. Anda akan menjadi seorang konsultan untuk calon klien Anda dan membantu mereka menemukan solusi terbaik dalam pemilihan properti yang mereka butuhkan.

Kami melakukan ini dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang memberdayakan 10,000+ agen properti dan 100+ pengembang properti. Membantunya dengan menghubungkan ke jutaan calon pembeli yang sebelumnya berada di luar cakupan mereka.

**Akan seperti apa hari hari Anda sebagai Client Relationship Officer**:

- Menjadi seorang ahli dalam industri properti, negosiator handal, dan ahli dalam mengetahui tren serta evolusi dari dunia properti
- Menghubungi profil calon klien yang ada pada database dan berdikusi dengan mereka untuk mengetahui dengan jelas apa saja kebutuhan mereka dalam mencari properti ideal
- Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan klien melalui pendekatan empati
- Membantu menemukan pilihan yang tepat untuk klien Anda, dengan mempertimbangkan secara mendalam tentang kebutuhan klien Anda
- Melakukan kunjungan bersama klien Anda ke lokasi properti dan memastikan kesepakatan perjanjian berjalan dengan lancar
- Memastikan bahwa kinerja Anda sesuai dengan target yang diberikan

- ** Mahir menjalin hubungan**:Dapat memahami lawan bicara dan membangun hubungan yang baik. Memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan orang lain
- ** Keterampilan menjual**:Berpengalaman dalam _pitching_, meyakinkan klien, dan menangani penolakan klien
- ** Dewasa, ambisius dan bermotivasi**:Menjadi contoh yang baik, bersemangat, mampu menghadapi masalah dan menyelesaikannya dengan bijak
- Pendidikan mínimal D3, lulusan luar negri akan lebih baik
- Memiliki pengalaman mínimal 1 tahun dalam sales, relationship management atau bertemu dengan pelanggan
- Pengalaman di industri finansial, layanan komersial, dan memiliki pengetahuan dalam bidang properti merupakan nilai tambah (tidak wajib)
- Berbahasa Indonesia dengan baik, mampu berbahasa Inggris akan menjadi nilai tambah
- Bersedia bekerja di lingkungan yang serba cepat, di bawah tekanan dan target
- Proaktif, bermotivasi tinggi dan keinginan untuk selalu belajar
- Perhatian pada detil
- Gaya bekerja yang rapi dan tersturktur
- Bekerja dalam tim dan mampu memprioritaskan tim

**Proses rekrutmen kami**

Posisi ini akan melapor kepada Client Relationship Leader. Pada saat proses interview Anda akan bertemu dengan Leader Anda dan beberapa beberapa tim manajemen terkait.
