**Requirements**:
- Experience in Operation min 3 years
- Proficiency in English
- Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong build networking & Customer Relationship
- Willing traveling to Bekasi, Cikarang, Bandung, Surabaya
- Ensure the standar quality service according to the company regulation
- Ensure Audit Process to the costumers running well
- Manage, Control and Develop Service Team
- Provide training to the Service Team
