- Melacak pengalaman pelanggan di seluruh saluran, perangkat, dan titik kontak online dan offline
- Melakukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi profil pelanggan
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan dan mengambil langkah proaktif untuk mempertahankan pengalaman positif
- Memelihara database Pelanggan yang ada Lakukan survey kepada seluruh Pelanggan Pertahankan rencana tindakan setelah survei
- Di utamakan ISP
- Bisa Menyetir Mobil (Mempunyai SIM A & SIM C)
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
Gaji: Rp5.500.000 - Rp6.500.000 per bulan
