- Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Monitor and report on key AR metrics, including days sales outstanding (DSO).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service area/Customer experience/Store Management
- Good communication skill
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, ability in using Ms. Excel formulas is preferred.
- Able to handling complaints and provide feedback for customers/clients or has problem-solving skills.
- Understand how customer service works at a detailed level
- Prior experience in Fulfillment and operations/Customer Service in Warehouse/Ecommerce
- Willing to accept the shift system and work on holidays.
