**What Will You Do**:

- Identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions and engagements - from purchase to product return to customer support.
- Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered
- Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, Finance etc to ensure that gaps in the customer experience
- irrespective of where they occur in the journey
- Enthusiastically and professionally address customer questions and concerns regarding their order while also managing account information
- Process orders while communicating all essential customer account information

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Final Year, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Communication or any related major from reputable university
- Having an internship or experience in the same field would be a plus point
- Self-starter, keen into details, and high initiatives
- Extremely tech-savvy, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team and proactively
- Have the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging team environment.
- Willing to **work Hybrid in Kemang, Jakarta Selatan for 3 months internship program** and **ready to join as soon as possible**

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: Rp1,500,000 - Rp2,000,000 per year
