Business Development Executive

**Qualifications**:
- Min. D3/S1, preferably in Marketing or Communications
- Min. 5 years work experience as Sales in Consumer Goods products (Packaged Food, Health Supplements, etc.)
- Vast network of regional distributors and local specialty chains.
- Thriving at analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
- Understand international trade and export procedures is a plus.
- Owns a personal vehicle and willing to travel.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect new leads to increase offline sales (GT and MT).
- Conduct trade marketing program tailored to each outlet chains.
- Monitor sales progress of each channel to meet target.
- Approach and develop new export customers to achieve company target.
- Prepare quotations; provide customers with relevant product information and demonstrations to secure the sales.
- Support all communications including goods delivery and returns.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Consumer Good Sales/Marketing: 5 years (required)
- General and Modern Trade: 5 years (required)
License/Certification:
- SIM A (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (required)
