Mengevaluasi dan menganalisa perkembangan performa penjualan di cabang secara nasional.

Membuat business plan dan juga business development untuk cakupan nasional.

Memonitor dan menganalisa kegiatan-kegiatan produk kompetitor mencakup harga, campaign dan aktivitas promosi.

Menjaga dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan semua team dan relasi/customer.

Bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager (ASM), & Sales Supervisor (SPV).

Melakukan observasi pada performa kerja setiap anggota team, menemukan solusi terbaik bagi setiap permasalahan yang ada.

Memberikan briefing, coaching dan training product knowledge kepada team.

Membina team untuk achieve target.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Regional Sales Manager di Industri Manufaktur (Material Building/FMCG) lebih diutamakan.

Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal komunikasi, presentasi dan negosiasi yang baik.

Profesional dan loyal terhadap perusahaan.

Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.
