About the Role:This role offers a great opportunity for an individual with a strong sales background in the construction or heavy machinery industry to make a significant impact and contribute to the long-term success of the company.
Responsibilities:- Network & Market Development:
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on government infrastructure projects.
- Expand business opportunities within the private sector, particularly targeting road developers and related projects.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with annual targets and company growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends and adapt sales tactics to maintain a competitive edge and maximize market share.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in the petrochemical, construction materials or heavy machinery industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, with a track record of selling to both government and private sector clients.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders and close high-value deals.
