- Project Leadership: Oversee project execution from conception to delivery, translating client requirements into actionable scope of work and architecting project plans.
- Development Expertise: Engage in hands-on development work, utilizing skills in technologies like React.js, Node.js, Python, and mobile app frameworks, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Team Management: Direct and manage a team of developers and designers, fostering collaboration, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain fluent English communication, ensuring clear understanding and alignment between team members and stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic approaches for project execution, optimizing resources and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance and Delivery: Uphold high standards of quality, conducting reviews and testing to ensure project success, and present completed projects to clients.
- Professional Development and Adaptability: Promote continuous learning and adaptability within the team, supporting professional growth and meeting evolving project demands, with willingness to relocate to Malang city if necessary.

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**

We are seeking a talented developer and project manager to become my right-hand person. The highest priority is fluency in English - reading, listening, and speaking. This individual must possess strong development skills, either front-end or back-end, and be able to understand project requirements. He/she will need to be able to manage a team of developers and collaborate closely with me on various projects.

The starting date for this full-time position is between mid-April and mid-May.
- Technical Proficiency: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with expertise in React.js, Express.js, Node.js, Python, Flutter, or React Native.
- Management Experience: At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a software development team, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Language Skills: Must Fluent in English, capable of effective communication in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Problem-Solving and Analysis: Demonstrated ability in translating client needs into technical solutions and architectural plans, with strong analytical skills.
- Leadership and Team Building: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Adaptability and Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Malang city and adapt to new work cultures and environments.
