Job Brief:
This role will manage sales performance across Indonesia, guiding Regional Sales Managers and aligning their efforts with national goals to ensure consistent and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    - Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
    - Set and monitor sales targets for the entire sales force.
  2. Team Leadership:
    - Oversee and mentor Regional Sales Managers to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies.
    - Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the national sales team.
  3. Market Analysis & Planning:
    - Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitor trends.
    - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    - Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), regulatory authorities, and distributors.
    - Represent the company at national and international pharmaceutical conferences and trade shows.
  5. Reporting & Compliance:
    - Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.
    - Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field; a Master's Degree is a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven record of managing nationwide sales operations.
  3. Language skills: Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in launching new products and entering new markets.
  2. Strong network with key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and regulatory bodies in the pharmaceutical sector.
  3. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  4. Strong financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and profit margin analysis.
  5. Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
