Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and outsourced employees, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on HR practices.
  • Manage the end-to end employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract preparation, transfers, regularization, and separation.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesia labor laws, including BPJS administration, tax requirements, and statutory reporting.
  • Execute monthly payroll processing accurately and efficiently while supporting employees with payroll-related queries.
  • Proactively maintain healthy employee relations through regular communication, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary support.
  • Work closely with client management teams to monitor and enhance employee performance, providing HR insights and recommendations.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives including training, welfare programs, and team-building activities to support retention and morale.
  • Identify and report compliance, operational, and employment related risks while recommending appropriate preventive actions.
  • Prepare monthly HR service reports including staffing analytics, performance insights, and improvement suggestions for client review.
  • Perform additional HR or administrative duties assigned by management when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Associate degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Legal background is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally within outsourcing, staffing, manpower supply, or multinational environments.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesia employment legislation, HR compliance, BPJS systems, taxation, and industrial relations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively bridge cross cultural and language differences.
  • High level of professionalism, service mindset, and accountability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving and proactive thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and recommend HR solutions.
  • Fluency in English is required, Chinese language ability is an advantage.
