Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving traffic, optimizing conversions, improving search ranking, and reducing cost-per-acquisition across our three brands. You will manage and optimize search, geo, AEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns, with strong SEO hands-on execution.

You should have a proven track record of ranking websites to Page 1 Top 3 positions and improving ROAS while lowering ad spend waste.

This role requires both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Search & SEO Execution

  • Conduct keyword research, content planning, backlink strategy, and on-page SEO
  • Drive ranking improvements with measurable targets
  • Monitor search performance, crawl health, indexing

Performance Marketing

  • Create, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and geo/AEO targeting
  • Maintain and optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, and budget
  • Set up audiences, lookalike segments, retargeting funnels, and landing pages

Creative & Ad Design

  • Design and produce performance-driven ad visuals and formats
  • Adapt creative formats for placement-specific optimization (Search, Display, PMAX).
  • Coordinate with internal design/branding team

Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain structured weekly reporting dashboards on spend, traffic, conversions, CAC/ROAS, and ranking
  • Generate insights to continuously decrease spend and increase returns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years performance marketing experience
  • Proven track record ranking sites to Page 1 Top 3 placements
  • Strong practical SEO execution experience
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing)
  • Meta Ads (Conversion-focused)
  • Geo targeting & AEO Optimization
  • Ability to design ads for social (Canva / Photoshop or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data dashboards
  • Self-driven, proactive, reliable in remote work environment

Good to have:

  • Experience in food, wellness, or FMCG categories.
  • Familiar with Singapore consumer landscape and search behavior.
  • Understanding of multi-brand campaign structuring.

KPI & Performance Indicators

  • Cost-per-lead / Cost-per-purchase reduction
  • Improved site rankings (Top 3 positions for priority keywords)
  • Campaign ROAS and CPA improvements month-on-month
  • Traffic and conversion lift
