About the Role

  • We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can support day-to-day execution of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads). This role is perfect for someone who loves performance data, enjoys backend setup, and is strong at organizing campaign assets and reporting.
  • You will work closely with a Senior Performance Marketer across multiple projects and industries (Singapore, US, Bali).

Responsibilities

  • Create campaign briefs based on client goals and angles
  • Assist with Meta Ads & Google Ads backend setup
  • Set up audiences, tracking, events, pixels, conversions
  • Prepare ad copy drafts and structure creatives
  • Analyze performance data and produce weekly reporting
  • Identify optimization opportunities and provide insights
  • Assist with funnel checks (forms, landing pages, tracking)
  • Prepare and organize campaign assets
  • Ensure campaigns follow SOPs and are launched accurately
  • Manage timelines and keep deliverables on track
  • Support with A/B testing, research, and optimization tasks

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads (basic level okay if fast learner)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals
  • Able to read data and extract insights
  • Comfortable with ads manager dashboards & backend setup
  • Detail-oriented and reliable with execution
  • Good written English
  • Comfortable with Canva / Google Drive / Sheets
  • Stable internet + laptop
  • Fast learner and proactive attitude

  • Experience in agency environments
  • Knowledge of simple automation tools (GHL, Zapier)
  • Experience preparing reports for clients
  • Basic creative skills (copywriting / Canva)
