We're a fast-growing local eyewear brand with a
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)
approach — combining distinctive designs, high quality, and personalized service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize multi-channel digital acquisition, including:

  • Paid Social (Meta, TikTok)

  • Paid Search (Google, YouTube)

  • Marketplace Ads (Shopee, Tokopedia, Grab)

  • Display and emerging channels.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute full-funnel growth strategies -  focused on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

  • Develop creative briefs and conduct ad testing with brand & design teams to produce high-performing creatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance landing pages, promo mechanics, and sales funnel performance across e-commerce.
  • Build and manage affiliate and referral programs — from partner recruitment to performance tracking.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track and measure campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in
    Performance/Digital Marketing
    , ideally within
    fashion retail, beauty,
    or
    DTC brands
    .
  • Strong track record of managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
  • Data-driven, analytical thinker — proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and performance dashboards.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad concepts and copy.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial — proactive, adaptable, and hands-on in execution.

Nice to have:

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
  • Experience with offline media buying or OOH campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of design tools and content creation.
