Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategy based on brand objective.
  • Managing paid advertising campaign in social media platforms.
  • Analyzing campaign execution in order to optimize impact.
  • Coordinating with creative team to ensure the relevancy and effectivity of advertisement.
  • Creating weekly and monthly digital marketing performance report.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, management or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years experience in digital marketing field (performance marketing, campaign strategy, etc).
  • Fluency in digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ads (Shopee, BliBli, Zalora, etc).
  • Deep understanding in digital data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ER, Reach, Impression, Conversion).
  • Fluency in analytic tools such as Meta Business Suit, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Deep understanding in performance marketing strategy, funneling and audience targeting.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM would be a plus point.
  • Experience in managing digital campaign (planning - executing - reporting - optimizing) would be a plus point.
