Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Executive, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Business Executive will focus on spearheading business growth initiatives, developing and maintaining key client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the financial and health insurance sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, assisting in lead generation, onboarding new partners, and contributing to the implementation of strategic plans to scale our franchise model. Collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Analyzing Business Trends
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for business operations
  • Understanding of financial and health protection concepts is highly beneficial
  • Relevant experience or a background in business, finance, or a related field is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
