Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Executive, located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some work from home flexibility. The Business Executive will be responsible for executing business strategies, developing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks include clients communication, presentation preparation, and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of business marketing strategies, market research, and customer engagement techniques
  • Experience with sales, account management, and identifying customer needs and solutions
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage hybrid work environments effectively
  • Proven analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics and tools
  • Background in insurance, financial services, or a related industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English are required
