About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the passionate team at Deka Insight as a Senior Research Executive Qualitative. This full-time role is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, and will play a key strategic part in the organisation's market research and analysis activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and conduct in-depth qualitative research including focus groups, interviews, and observational studies
  • Analyse qualitative data and identify key insights to help clients make informed business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective research methodologies
  • Present research findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance the company's research capabilities
  • Mentor and guide more junior members of the research team

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
  • Excellent qualitative research skills, including the ability to design and execute focus groups, interviews, and other research techniques
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify key insights from qualitative data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings to clients
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in market research
